Refund Conditions:
Services:
   - Services rendered by Your Virtual Connexion, LLC are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe that a service has not met the agreed-upon standards, you may submit a request for a review. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer rework of the service at no additional cost.

Physical Products:
   - If physical products are involved, requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of service completion. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned in their original condition.
